COVID-19 Update

JapanLA is Open Online on www.japanla.com! We are shipping out your orders daily! JapanLA Retail stores are closed temporarily for COVID-19.  

Please be patient. We have a limited staff due to Covid-19 safety measures. We are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. There are also some delays with the post office, and they are not scanning the orders when they initially pick up orders from us. Please keep checking the tracking info on USPS.com for updates.

Shipping Times:

Shipping Times: Right now, we have limited staff due to practicing social distancing. Orders are taking around 3-7 business days to process and package to ship out. Once they go out, they take 1-3 business days for Priority Mail or 2-5 days for First Class Mail (which is regular mail). Please check www.usps.com for updates on delays regarding covid-19 that the post office may be experiencing.  You can email us at contact@japanla.com for any questions about your orders.

Our JapanLA Store is temporarily closed for in-store shopping. You can pick up your online order from japanla.com same-day from our pick up location!

JapanLA Pick Up Guide
  1. All pick up orders are available on the same day that orders are placed, within 60 minutes of receipt of the order confirmation email. Another notification email saying your order is ready for pick up is not provided. Pick up orders are available Monday through Saturday from 11am - 5pm, at our new location: 233 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
  2. If you order after 5pm, your order will be ready on the following day. Orders placed on Saturday after 4pm or on Sunday will be ready for pick up on Monday after 12 noon.
  3. Please note that orders over $150 require the cardholder to provide their ID at order pick up.
  4. Call us at (323) 917 - 5151 and let us know when you are on your way to pick up your order. There is a parking meter in front of JapanLA and we can bring your order out to you.
  5. Due to the current Covid epidemic, masks are required for order pick ups.

***Due to JapanLA storage limitations, Customers will be contacted for pick up orders that are not picked up within 2 weeks of email confirmation to arrange for shipping payment.

Popshop Live Pick Up Guide

Please note pick up orders placed on our Popshop Live shows are not available for same-day pick up. Only japanla.com orders are available for same-day pickup.

Popshop Live orders placed Saturday and Monday, will be ready on Wednesday. And Orders from Wed Shows are ready for pick up on Saturdays.

Every Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday, we are doing live selling on the Popshop Live App. Download the app in the iOS Apple Store for free and use the code "KAWAII" to get to the JapanLA Channel. We do lots of fun giveaways and show all of our favorite new items in the store. You can buy on the app and get first dibs on new product before we put it online. Please check our videos on the app for specific show dates and times.
