JapanLA Pick Up Guide

1. All pick up orders are available on the same day that orders are placed, within 60 minutes of receipt of the order confirmation email. Pick up orders are available Every Day from 11am - 7pm at our store: 233 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
2. If you order after 7pm, your order will be ready on the following day.
3. Please note, orders over $150 require the cardholder to provide their ID at order pick up.
4. Call us at (323) 917 - 5151 and let us know when you are on your way to pick up your order. There are parking meters in front of JapanLA and we can bring your order out to you.

***Due to JapanLA storage limitations, Customers will be contacted for pick up orders that are not picked up within 2 weeks of email confirmation to arrange for shipping payment.
