Many of you have asked us, "Why isn't this available to buy online?" We cannot put every item on our online store. We get shipments in 2-3 times a week, and some things we only get as few as 1 or 2 of the items. By the time we took proper photos and added listings for each item, some items would sell out before we got a chance to post them on our online store. So, we post new items on our Instagram & our email blasts, so you can come see what's new in-store. For those of you who can't make it in, just email us what you would like to order. We will email you your custom order with a list of all the things you request to buy, calculate shipping, and send a secure link to pay by PayPal or credit card. We answer emails in the order received, so whoever emails us first, gets first dibs on items that we have limited stock on. You have 24 hours to pay the custom order. If you change your mind and don't want the order, that is ok, we will release it to the next person in line. You can also look through our past Instagram posts, and email us to see if we have any of those items left in stock or ask if we can special order it for you too! Our online store has a lot of the items we sell in the store, but some Sanrio items, including the ones in this email, have to be purchased in-store or by special order through email at contact@japanla.com
