SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping info:
Your order will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your order. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail, and are insured. You should receive your order within 2-3 business days from the time it ships. If you would like your order sooner, (overnight, 2day, etc.), or shipped by another carrier, (like FedEx, UPS, etc.), place your order online and email: myorder@japanla.com to make other arrangements and to get shipping costs.
Standard Shipping and Handling Costs, including Insurance:

International Shipping:
International Packages are sent out weekly on Mondays. Shipping costs on international packages may vary depending on weight and country we are shipping to.
Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are hunhappy with your purchase, or need a different size, please email us at: myorder@japanla.com, and tell us. We will be happy to exchange the items. The items must be in brand new, unused condition, with the tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage.
Refunds:
No refunds.
Exchanges:
Please contact us immediately if you need a different size or replacement item. We cannot guarantee that the requested items will be available by the time you send us your returned merchandise. If your items are no longer available, a credit will be issued and will remain in our system for you to use at a later time.
