SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your order will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receiving it. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders totaling $50 or more include insurance. You should receive your order within 2-3 business days from the time it ships for U.S. residents.
Orders to Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. Please email email@example.com with your address and what you're interested in ordering to get a quote.
Local to Southern California? Place your order online and choose the "store pick-up" option to wave the shipping charge. Online orders with this option selected, allow you to pick up your orders at your convenience.

International Shipping and Custom Fees:
Shipping costs on international packages vary depending on weight and country we are shipping to. Our online store calculates an estimate for shipping costs for international orders based on Priority Mail International. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address and what you're interested in ordering to get a quote for your country. We can ship Priority Mail International, which takes 7-10 business days for you to receive once it ships out, or First Class International, which takes 7-21 business days and is less expensive but has no tracking info. Custom fees vary by country and must be paid by the customer. JapanLA is not responsible for any custom fees your country may charge you.
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
For regular priced items, please contact us immediately if you need a different size or replacement item. Items must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee that the requested items will be available by the time you send us your returned merchandise. If your items are no longer available, a credit will be issued to use on a different item in our shop. Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with the tags attached to qualify for an exchange. You will be responsible for return postage.
